Highly competent in both HR operations and management, she previously specialized in recruiting at senior level across the Real Estate sector and front office roles recruitment in PE/VC/Investment Bank/Consulting/Asset Management/Insurance/Hedge Funds.  In her most recent career with White Peak, a Europe-originated but China-focused private equity real estate fund, she was responsible for the establishment of all HR functions for its Beijing investment and management platform.
