Richard joined Chayora in 2022 as Vice President responsible for formulating sales strategies and business development plans to accelerate revenue growth in China.

Richard brings more than 20 years of professional and executive leadership experience in sales and marketing, delivering solutions across cloud, data centre, networks and software. Before joining Chayora, Richard was country sales Head of True corporation, responsible for overall business management in China. Prior to this, Richard was Sales Director at Infovista and also has a proven track record working in other multinational companies.

Richard has innovative business insight and vision to increase sales, expand market penetration, and is experienced in ICT digital transformation and ecosystem building.

Richard holds B.S. in Automatic Control from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and MBA from Renmin University of China.
