Weir has extensive development experience of industrial and civil engineering projects in China and overseas. These projects include civil buildings (infrastructure, residential, commercial complexes), manufacturing plants, complex high-tech plant facilities (e.g., large clean rooms (FAB), TFT-LCD plant, and semiconductor wafer packaging and testing facilities), chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, EPC turnkey projects, real estate development projects, wind power projects, battery plant, and data centre projects.

Before joining Chayora, as Director of Building and Facility Engineering for Geely Automobile, Weir successfully implemented a series of mega powertrain plant projects (design, construction, handover, and operation) in China and abroad.  This demonstrated his highly professional skills, in quality, team management, project delivery, risk management & control, and enterprise operations management, etc.

Weir graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology majoring in industrial & civil engineering, professionally qualified as a first-class Constructor of China and PMP.
